If the flag to return artifactIDs is set to False, then a Result object is empty when the call is successful, or it contains a message when an error occurs. (This is compatible with the 7.5 behavior.)
If the flag to return artifactIDs is set to True, then every Result object will have a Success property set to True/False. If the property is false, the message will contain an error. If the property is set to true, the result will include an artifactID.
